frequently asked questions
Glad you asked! Vetted is a primary veterinary clinic that is dedicated to keeping your pet healthy. Vetted services can help you prevent stressful and costly health scares via proactive primary care services for your pet. We believe that healthy pets start with the pet parent. At Vetted we empower pet parents with the information and insights they need to give their pets their best lives possible.
For starters, we provide a broad range of services including personalized 1:1 time with our veterinary professionals in a pet-friendly comfortable environment for an exceptional experience for you and your pet. We also create a plan specifically designed for the individual needs of your pet and the tools to keep them healthy in-between primary care visits.
Primary pet care consists of basic and essential healthcare services provided to pets by vets to ensure their overall health and well-being. This includes routine check-ups, vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition advice, and treatment of minor illnesses or injuries provided by veterinarians. Primary pet care is similar to primary care for humans, where the goal is to maintain good health and catch any potential issues early.
We make it as convenient as possible. Contact us via email, phone or via chat on our app. Please visit here to find more information.

We certainly do! Most pet insurance companies reimburse the pet parent what they pay. We are happy to send records to insurance companies for their processing purposes.
A Vet Tech appointment includes any vaccines (aside from Rabies), heartworm testing, Cytopoint injections, anal gland expressions, nail trims, and ear cleanings.
We recommend the following vaccinations for all healthy adult dogs: Rabies, Distemper Parvo (DaPP/DHPP), Leptospirosis, Bordetella. Additionally, based on your pet’s lifestyle and geographic location, we might recommend the canine influenza vaccination, a Lyme vaccination, or even a rattlesnake vaccination.
Most definitely, and not just limited to the legally required vaccine. Protecting your cat from any illness they might be exposed to ensures a long, healthy life. Remember, even if your cat doesn’t leave the house, you do which could expose them to a health threatening issue. We recommend the following cat vaccines: Rabies, Feline Upper Respiratory, (FVRCP), and Feline Leukemia (FeLV).
Yes, because we need to ensure your pet is healthy enough to receive vaccines. Vaccinating a pet when they’re not well can lead to dangerous complications.
Do we vaccine titer testing? Absolutely! If the titer tests come back with evidence that your pet does not need a vaccination, we will issue a certificate of titer’s present. Please note, this may not be sufficient for travel on some airlines or internationally.
Pet allergies are just one of the potential pet skin issue that you might encounter. A full exam will help us to determine which symptoms of pet allergies your pet is displaying, and help us identify if the issue is something else, like an infection or rash or if it is in fact a pet dermatology issue.
Shaking head, scratching/pawing at ears/face, rubbing head on objects, are common symptoms of ear infections in pets. If your pet has any of these signs, it’s time for an appointment!
Besides finding out the cool combination of breeds for your buddy, pet DNA testing provides information and clarity on the breed composition of your pet. All breeds have health issues that your pet could be susceptible to. We can use that information to formulate a care plan to keep your pet their healthiest as long as possible.
A great experience from start to finish! If you’re coming in person, our Pet care team will meet you at our daycare partner’s front desk. We’ll check weight and vitals on your pet, and then ask a few questions to establish a baseline of what’s going on with your pet. The Veterinarian will then perform an exam as well as administer any requested vaccines or services. Should you have any questions or want to discuss something with our veterinarian, you are welcome to do so at any time. Once we have completed the exam and requested services, our pet care team will get you checked out and you’ll be on your way. If you’re dropping off your pet, expect a call from our pet care team at the scheduled time of your appointment. They will ask a few questions, and confirm all requested services. Once we’ve completed the exam and services, the Vet will call to review any findings, followed by an email with your exam notes, your invoice, and a link to pay for your visit.
You can easily make an appointment by scheduling it here. Or you can book your appointment on our app.

My pup was treated very well. They loved on him and answered all of my questions. The visit was on time and actually very efficient. We were in and out in no time. They quickly figured out what was going on with my puppy son and got us meds to get him on the mend. Would definitely recommend
